TERMS OF ENROLLMENT AND REFUND POLICY
By enrolling in any JURISTS BAR REVEW CENTER (JURISTS) review program, the enrollee/reviewee acknowledges that JURISTS videos, handouts, and review materials are strictly and exclusively for the use and viewing of Jurists reviewees. The enrollee/reviewee undertakes not to disseminate, furnish, upload, download, store, transmit, or otherwise share these materials with any person or entity. Any violation of this undertaking shall be subject to civil, criminal, and administrative sanctions and shall be a ground for the termination of the enrollee/reviewee’s rights and privileges as a Jurists reviewee for the current Bar Review Season. The said reviewee/enrollee also agrees to abide by these Terms of Enrollment and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may be issued by JURISTS, including its Privacy Policy and No-Refund Policy, in the event that his/her/their application is accepted. The said reviewee/enrollee further understands that availment of JURISTS’s review facilities and services is conditioned upon faithful compliance with the foregoing terms and any rules and regulations that may be issued by JURISTS.
No-Refund Policy
The enrollee/reviewee understands and agrees that once payment has been made and enrolment with JURISTS is completed, no refund shall be issued.
Postponement of Review
Subject to JURISTS’s approval, postponement of the review for justifiable reasons such as failure to graduate or other legitimate circumstances will only entitle the reviewee to apply his/her/their enrollment fee to a succeeding review season, whether during an advance review or regular review.
Refresher Disclosure Requirement
Refreshers are those who have taken and failed the Philippine Bar Exam three or more times. Refresher reviewees are required to disclose the fact that they are refreshers, as they must be placed in the appropriate program subject to attendance monitoring. Enrollment in a review program that is not suitable for refreshers shall not entitle the reviewee to the issuance of the required certificates.

In case of program selection errors, postponement of enrollment, or other legitimate concerns regarding enrollment, the enrollee/reviewee shall immediately contact JURISTS at juristsbar@juristsbar.com.ph to receive proper advice and action.
In all the foregoing cases, none of the same shall constitute valid or lawful grounds for the issuance of any refund.
