You may fill-in the online application form on our website (Method 1) or ask that a soft copy of the application form be emailed to you (Method 2).
A. OVER-THE-COUNTER BANK DEPOSIT (METHOD 1)
1. Deposit your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc. at (a) BPI Account No. 8301-0026-97 or (b) RCBC Account No. 7-589-94300-1 or (c) Security Bank Account No. 000-0021-1839-11. Write your name on the validated deposit slip. Keep your copy of the validated deposit slip and retain this for enrollment purposes.
2. Go to our website at juristsbar.com.ph and click on “ENROLL NOW”.
3. Fill in our online application form and upload clear copy of your ID with photo and clear copy of validated deposit slip with your name written on it. Acceptable ID is either of the following: driver’s license, school ID, PRC ID, postal ID, passport, or company ID. Then submit the application form with uploaded deposit slip and ID. Please make sure that you have uploaded the deposit slip with your name written on it and ID; otherwise, your application cannot be processed.
4. Kindly indicate only one (1) email address and one (1) cellphone number in your application. Communications shall be sent to you only through the indicated email address and/or cellphone number.
5. We will send you an email confirming your enrollment and receipt of your application, acceptable ID with photo, and copy of validated deposit slip within 24 hours. Please keep your copy of the validated deposit slip for record purposes.
B. OVER-THE-COUNTER BANK DEPOSIT (METHOD 2)
1. Deposit your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc. at (a) BPI Account No. 8301-0026-97 or (b) RCBC Account No. 7-589-94300-1 or (c) Security Bank Account No. 000-0021-1839-11. Kindly email the filled-in application form, ID, and deposit slip in ONE email since separate or piece-meal submission cannot be processed. Please make sure that you have sent the deposit slip with your name written on it and ID together with your application form; otherwise, your application cannot be processed.

C. ONLINE BANK TRANSFER/ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER (METHOD 1)
1. Using your bank’s online facility (e.g., BPI Online), send online or via electronic fund transfer your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc. at (a) BPI Account No. 8301-0026-97 or (b) RCBC Account No. 7-589-94300-1 or (c) Security Bank Account No. 000-0021-1839-11. Take a clear screenshot or photo of the payment notification/confirmation and save this. Then type your name on the screenshot image using MS Paint of Microsoft Windows or similar program for adding text to images. (See instructions for adding text to images below).

G. PAYPAL (Method 1)
1. Email us at juristsbar@juristsbar.com.ph, state that you are going to pay through PayPal, and request an invoice. Please include the following information in your email: (a) your full name, (b) the review program that you desire to enroll in, and (c) the email address to which the PayPal invoice will be sent.
2. We will email you an invoice through PayPal. The invoice contains easy instructions on how to pay using a major credit card, debit card, or your PayPal balance if you already have an existing PayPal account.
3. For greater ease in paying, we suggest you sign up for free with PayPal.
4. After you have paid, PayPal will issue you a receipt. Please keep a copy of this as proof of payment.

H. PAYPAL (Method 2)

EFFECTIVITY OF ENROLLMENT
A person is considered as enrolled only upon receipt of the full payment by Jurists. Partial or incomplete payment is void and shall not confer any right upon the payor, particularly the right to be considered an enrollee. Mere submission of the application form is not considered as enrollment and will not confer any right or preference. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Jurists reserves the right to decline applications for enrollment once the desired number of reviewees has been reached.
Kindly maintain the cell number and email address indicated in your application from the time of enrollment and throughout the review period. Announcements will be made through these contact details.
HOW TO TYPE YOUR NAME ON A SCREENSHOT OR IMAGE
1. Take a screenshot of the screen/image showing the payment notification/confirmation.
2. Select the screenshot photo of the payment notification/confirmation. Right click the photo and choose “Open with” and select “Paint”.
3. From Paint, look for the text insertion icon “A”, located at the top and nearer to the left side. Then click the icon. A box will appear around “A”. This means that the text insertion function of Paint has been activated.
4. Then click on the location in the screenshot where you want to write your name. An insertion point or box will appear on the screenshot. Type your name inside the box and then save. This saved screenshot will be the one you will provide to Jurists.
