It is my obligation to present my I.D. card at the entry gate and to wear the same at all times while inside the FEU campus and the review venue. I understand that smoking and littering are strictly and absolutely prohibited in the review venue and in the FEU campus. I understand that availment of JBRC’s review facilities and services is strictly conditioned on my faithful compliance with the foregoing terms and such other rules and regulations that may be issued by JBRC and that violation of such terms and rules and regulations will be a ground for my expulsion from the review center and/or the withholding of review facilities and privileges.

You may go to the office of Jurists Review Center Inc. at the G/F Azucena Arcade, 255 Alabang-Zapote Road, Pamplona, Las Piñas City. The Azucena Arcade is across the street from Max’s Restaurant, Pamplona, Las Piñas. Please bring two I.D. pictures.
B. CHECK
Check payments should be made payable to JURISTS REVIEW CENTER INC.
